Media Taskforce was commissioned to establish a new agent group targeting the highest priced real estate market on the island of Maui, Hawaii.



As Maui is a remote vacation paradise, the key to success was the establishment of local fame and (inter)national attention.

Media Taskforce implemented a multi-channel marketing strategy consisting of first class marketing assets, an extensive advertising campaign in national magazines, direct mailers, targeted eCampaigns and an affiliation program with several agents in various luxury markets throughout the US.

Vertical Living! An ever increasing popular trend of the West Coast. Media Taskforce was challenged to increase the market share of the McMonigle Group in this specialty segment.



Media Taskforce approached the project not as a sub-section of an established business, but as an independent venture with its own identity, catering to its specific demographics.

A website was created that acts as THE 'go-to' address for vertical-living real estate, a hub featuring information, condominium towers and availabilities throughout various cities in the Southwestern US. Ad campaigns, eCampaigns and brochures highlighted featured towers.

The Palm Realty Boutique requested marketing support in order to aggressively expand their newly founded business in their local farm area of Manhattan Beach.



Media Taskforce created a highly recognizable identity reflecting the lifestyle of a beach city while avoiding the traps of the usual cliches.

The unconventional 'For Sale' and 'Open House' signs quickly became a familiar icon in this tight community. In order to achieve additional brand exposure, ads were placed unconventionally in local hot-spots.
